Design of a residential complex in a seaside area, consisting of eight houses in different types and sizes, each with an unobstructed view to the sea. The project includes landscape design, a network of streets and pedestrian walkways, as well as common areas creating an innovative residential complex, with modern infrastructure, where every house maintains its privacy and autonomy.
